Connect Vision International is recruiting a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service / HR Support Agent for one of our international clients.

Location:

Remote within Spain

Annual salary:

€22,000–€24,000, with up to €25,000 available depending on experience

Employment:

Permanent

You will support the Norwegian customer service queue through ServiceNow, helping customers with their enquiries and coordinating with colleagues in Spain and Norway. When Norwegian volumes are lower, you will also support English-language queues.

What you’ll be doing:

Handling customer enquiries and support requests professionally.

Recording, updating and following up on tickets in ServiceNow.

Supporting English-language queues when required.

Communicating in English with the Norway team and in Spanish with colleagues in Spain.





Following established processes and escalating requests when needed.

Requirements:

High proficiency in Norwegian, English and Spanish.

At least three years’ experience in customer service, service desk or a similar customer-facing role.

Confidence communicating directly with customers.

Currently based in Spain.

Good organisation and communication skills.

Nice to have:

Experience using ServiceNow or another ticketing system.

Previous experience in HR support or an HR environment.

The interview process consists of an initial meeting with the Spain team, followed by a final interview with the Norway team.
