This role is integral to supporting the smooth execution of daily operations and assisting in the management of various operational projects. You will work directly with operations managers and project leads in our Valencia office, gaining practical insights into process improvement, resource allocation, and operational efficiency within a critical industry. - Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring operational projects.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Help coordinate resources, including personnel and equipment, for various operational tasks.




- Support in the collection and analysis of operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Help prepare project status reports and presentations for management.
- Coordinate meetings and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders within the Valencia operations center.
- Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools relevant to the logistics industry.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in project management, operations, and logistics.
