Toloka seeks a Procurement & Budget Controller to own the end-to-end purchasing process, manage PO lifecycles in NetSuite, and ensure expenses align with the approved budget. You will support month-end close with accruals and reconciliations, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement controls. The adecuado candidate has 5+ years in finance, deep budget-controlling and procurement expertise, Fluent English, and a Finance degree. Big4 exposure is preferred.
