Are you a certified lifeguard looking for a stable weekend role on Mallorca? In this position, you will oversee pool safety at the Polideportivo Son Angelats in Sóller. You will become part of a sports and leisure team operating in the private sector under an indefinite contract, ensuring all swimmers and visitors enjoy a secure environment during weekend hours.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

- Ensuring the continuous safety and well-being of all pool users and facility visitors
- Applying established safety, rescue, and emergency protocols swiftly and effectively
- Providing first aid and utilizing automated external defibrillator (AED/DESA) equipment if an emergency arises
- Documenting and communicating any operational incidents, technical issues, or safety hazards to the management team
- Maintaining order and encouraging compliance with general pool and facility regulations

Qualifications
- Official lifeguard qualification (titulación de socorrismo)




- Valid training in first aid and the operation of automated external defibrillators (DEA/DESA)
- Having your own vehicle is considered a plus to ensure easy commuting to Sóller
- A responsible, alert, and proactive attitude toward public safety and service

What the position offers you
- A permanent employment contract (contrato fijo)
- Part-time schedule of 12 hours per week: Saturdays xghoner from 08:00 to 14:30 and Sundays from 08:30 to 14:00
- Possibility of adding an extra 8.25 weekly hours for a duration of 10 months
- Monthly gross remuneration of 427.36 EUR plus an additional transport allowance (plus transporte)
- Employment governed by the collective agreement for sports facilities and gyms (Convenio de instalaciones deportivas y gimnasios)
- Workplace located directly at Polideportivo Son Angelats in Sóller
