Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery for SaaS implementations, from client onboarding to final deployment and user adoption.

Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including technical consultants, developers, and customer success managers.

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding project status, milestones, and potential issues.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of the SaaS platform.

Track project performance, manage budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Champion best practices in project management and continuous improvement within the implementation process.





Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams to drive product enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience of 5+ years as a Project Manager, specifically managing SaaS implementations or software projects.

Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycles.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).

Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building strong relationships.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
