Your mission: ensure flawless execution as we scale our photonic systems from prototype to production.Your main responsibilities will include:Operations Management:Oversee daily operations and long-term planning to ensure efficient production, supply chain, and logistics execution.Supplier & Partner Management:Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.Process Development & Execution:Define, implement, and continuously improve operational processes to support yield, reliability, and scalability.Quality & Reliability:Drive excellence through DfM, FMEA, SPC, and yield management methodologies, ensuring consistent quality and performance.What We’re Looking For:Education & Experience:5+ years of experience in semiconductor, photonics, or hardware manufacturing operations.Proven success in supplier management, yield improvement,
