Qualifications & Skills

- Registered Nurse (RN) with LTAC experience
- Strong ability to manage ventilators and tracheostomies
- Proficiency xghoner in high-acuity, medically fragile patient care
- Competence in wound care and medication administration
- Excellent assessment skills and effective team communication
