We are looking for a trainee to join our team of Universal Enclosures Sales and support the development of smarter sales operations tracking tools. In this role, you will help co-develop, with our Digital Team, the connection between Salesforce and Copilot to improve pipeline visibility, reporting efficiency, and follow-up discipline. This is a strong opportunity to contribute to a concrete digital transformation initiative while learning how sales operations, business tracking, and AI-enabled tools support commercial performance. The role is focused on co-developing practical, business-facing tools rather than deep technical development.

What will you learn?

- Support the co-development of AI-enabled tools to improve sales operations tracking and pipeline visibility





- Work with business and Digital Team stakeholders to connect Sales Force and Copilot in a practical and efficient way

- Help identify manual pain points, test new tracking approaches, and improve reporting logic, usability, and follow-up discipline

Are you who we are looking for?

-

- Grade Student or Master´s student in Business, Engineering, Data, Digital, Information Systems, or a related field

- Strong interest in AI tools, digital solutions, and business process improvement

- Comfortable working with data, structured analysis, and cross-functional collaboration

- Outgoingness and desire to learn

- Be able to work between 4 and 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday) and be available in the mornings. The schedule is flexible and you can start between 8 and 10am.

- To be able to make an internship agreement with your university or study center for a period of at least 6 months.

- Be available to start in January/February.

- High English level
