Overview This role is the financial and operational owner of Preply's B2 B business. You'll build the systems, metrics, and governance that enable high-velocity, compliant growth. The mandate spans Finance, Sales, Product, and Legal, with a strong bias toward automation, predictive analysis, and AI-enabled decision-making. What you'll do Strategic Finance & FP&A Partner with the VP Finance and Head of B2 B to drive the growth and profitability roadmap, with deep visibility into ACV, GRR, NRR and unit economics Build and own the B2 B forecast model - pipeline-to-revenue conversion, bookings, margin, and cash Lead financial storytelling for B2 B performance across board discussions, investment decisions, and pricing strategy Move FP&A from manual to predictive: introduce AI-powered tooling, automated variance analysis,



and scalable reporting infrastructure GTM Operations Partner with Sales and Rev Ops on funnel economics, quota design, and incentive alignment Own the deal desk - balancing growth, discounting discipline, and legal compliance Build and maintain a KPI framework connecting pipeline health, bookings, margin, and cash Legal, Contracting & Compliance Formalize contracting, deal governance, and terms of service with Legal Maintain the right contract entities across global markets for tax efficiency and compliance Data & Tooling Integrate Salesforce, ERP, and analytics systems into a single source of truth for B2 B reporting Champion AI-native workflows - from prompt-driven analysis to automated data pipelines - to raise the team's analytical ceiling Who you are 8–12+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or business operations in B2 B Saa S, marketplaces, or enterprise GTM Deep fluency in B2 B GTM metrics: CAC payback, ACV, GRR, NRR, pipeline velocity, magic ratio, gross margin Proven track record building financial infrastructure across GTM, Legal, Product, and Treasury Hands-on experience with deal desk, pricing, and AR management AI-native mindset: you actively use AI tools to accelerate analysis, build models, and automate reporting - not as a curiosity, but as a core part of how you work Strong communicator who can elevate cross-functional peers and translate financial complexity into decisions Comfortable building frameworks and executing fast in a globally distributed, high-growth environment What success looks like Trusted cadence with B2 B and finance leadership driving both strategic and tactical decisions Predictive forecast model with reliable pipeline-to-revenue conversion accuracy Fully operational deal desk with embedded financial and legal governance Standardized contracting and
