LocalStack is hiring a Data Platform Lead to build and evolve a self-service data platform used by Product, Engineering, and GTM teams. You will own data quality standards, SLAs, monitoring, and GTM-facing data access, addressing potential PII exposure. You will shape canonical data models and modeling standards, drive planning and delivery with AI-enabled tooling, and lead quarterly OKRs while growing the Data team through regular feedback and hiring.
