KittySpout is hiring a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC brands. You will build the backlog, brief QA, launch tests, and ship winners, driving improvements in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor. We are a fully remote team with rapid growth and significant monthly ad spend. You will report directly to the Head of Growth and shape our test strategy across site, funnels, and post-purchase offers.
