Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Service Specialist for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 across EMEA. You will remotely support health care professionals, SUS and FSEs, explaining complex technical issues and driving escalation when needed. The role requires an engineering degree and 4+ years in robotics or motion control, plus fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian. Occasional domestic/international onsite training may be required and on-call duties apply.
