What You'll Do

Support airline customers by phone, with a focus on a great customer experience

Handle high call volumes

Stay calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented when customers are in sensitive or stressful situations

Make good decisions in real time

What We're Looking For

Fluent Spanish, C1 (spoken and written)

English, B2 (spoken and written)

Previous customer service experience (required)

Proven experience handling high-volume calls

Resilience in sensitive situations

Strong communication, empathy, and decision-making skills

Availability for rotating shifts
