Technica is a product-oriented company, that continuously reinvest to stay ahead of the curve, and our interdisciplinary team is focused on the development of company own products roadmap and on innovative R&D; electronics development projects with major customers. We value people who are curious to dig deep into how our hardware products work and are comfortable navigating complex electronic designs. Contribute to system architecture definition during early project phases, in the context of innovative projects with evolving requirements. Lead hardware design activities, including key component selection, schematic design, PCB layout and hardware testing. Provide technical guidance to team members working on collaborative designs, with a strong focus on mentoring less experienced engineers and fostering their professional development. Define and execute hardware test plans to validate individual circuit blocks and overall design quality.

Prepare EMC/Electrical/ESD test plan and coordinate overall design validation activities as well as follow-up investigation activities if required. Validate and analyze hardware prototypes, ensuring reliable hardware-software integration. A clear opportunity for professional growth through end-to-end involvement in the hardware development lifecycle, from initial concept to final validation, working with highly complex architectures and electronic products. ~ A truly cross-functional engineering environment where FPGA, hardware, software, embedded systems, and system engineering work closely together. ~ Full flexibility to manage hybrid work model, depending on the tasks. ~ Company culture oriented to research engineering and a clear reinvestment mindset in research and know-how acquisition. ~ High diversity of state-of-the-art projects with technologies 3-4 years beyond what is currently in series production vehicles. ~ 30 working days as holidays, with full flexibility to manage them. ~ Private health insurance. ~ Regular team building activities with specific company budget. ~ Opportunity to further expand your training, from personal abilities to technical areas. Good team first player with strong analytical and investigation skills to work in research projects with new technologies in early design phases. Strong commitment to project milestones, with proactive risk assessment and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in an agile development environment. Experience in complex projects with multiple power rails at different voltages and complex architectures with combination of several switching and linear regulators for complex SOC & FPGA devices. Experience in low noise and EMI optimization of DC/DC converters and in general hands‑on experience on EMI/EMC analysis of power electronics designs. to assure performance in intended operation temperature range of the design. Knowledge of specific automotive test regulations (pulses and transient testing, fast voltage drops and micro‑interruptions, BCI, EMC/ESD automotive regulations,…) is desirable. Knowledge of in‑vehicle communication networks, such as CAN, CAN‑FD, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet, is desirable. Knowledge of how to optimize circuit design for ease of manufacturing processes and electronics testing (DFM / DFT). Experience and ability to use any kind of laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscopes, active/passive/current probes, power supplies, electronic loads, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers). Precise soldering skills (SMD components, fine pitch ICs). Fluency in local languages and working fluency in English.
