We're building a unique, highly talented growth team, directly led by the CEO and focused exclusively on monetization and business growth .
We're looking for a Monetization and Growth Manager to join this team, take ownership, challenge how things are done, and make a measurable impact.
The Role ? You'll independently design, run, and analyze experiments that directly improve revenue performance across our portfolio of mobile apps.
Your focus will be on key monetization metrics such as LTV, RPD, ARPU, conversion, and retention - finding opportunities to improve how users engage, convert, and generate revenue.
Using BlueThrone's proprietary technology, you'll identify opportunities, design monetization journeys, and measure results, turning insights into real business impact.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role with full ownership of the experimentation lifecycle - from ideation and setup through execution, analysis, visual presentation of results, and rollout of successful changes.
You'll have the autonomy to move fast, make decisions, and drive results.
