As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a BIM Modeler to join our team in Madrid and contribute to the delivery of industrial building projects .
You will be responsible for producing high-quality BIM models , while supporting design coordination from design through construction.
More specifically, your main responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit , ensuring compliance with project specifications and BIM standards.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model consistency , identify interface issues and resolve clashes.
Produce and update technical drawings, 3D models, schedules, quantity take-offs and other BIM deliverables.
Create and manage Revit families and contribute to BIM data management.
Ensure the quality, accuracy and consistency of digital project information , including data exchanges between stakeholders.
Contribute to design reviews and construction coordination, identifying opportunities to optimise technical solutions and meet project deadlines.
With a technical degree, you have at least 3 years of experience in BIM modeling .




You have a strong command of Revit and a solid understanding of BIM standards and multidisciplinary coordination workflows .
Detail-oriented and well organized, you are comfortable working on multiple tasks in a collaborative and international environment .
