About The

TeamYou'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Input work order data into the designated system with meticulous attention to detail.Identify and escalation complex or urgent work order issues to the appropriate personnel.Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role, preferably involving work order management.Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
