Experteer Overview As Operations PMO at Zurich Duo, you partner with the CEO to help translate Zurich’s vision into day-to-day execution within an in‑house brand experience agency of a global insurer. You will enable smooth, compliant operations across Procurement, HR, Finance, Operations and IT, coordinating contracts, vendors and controls. You’ll serve as a central point for process documentation, audits and cross‑functional alignment, turning ideas into action. This role combines strategic impact with hands‑on coordination in a dynamic, start‑up‑minded environment within a robust corporate group.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Prepare draft statements of agreement for external suppliers and intercompany services
- Create and/or raise external work orders and align with approved SAS and budgets
- Coordinate end-to-end signing for SAS and WOs with designated approvers
- File, store and share signed SAs and WOs in repositories
- Coordinate and complete required assessments (GAN, AI, Security) for new suppliers, tools or services
- Monitor internal employee expense reports and send monthly reminders
- Monitor completion of mandatory training for internal staff and maintain employee data
- Prepare and complete monthly payroll files in coordination with HR and payroll providers
- Track holiday requests and support approval workflow
- Coordinate medical checkups for employees with Avanta




- Act as main contact for Labour Risk Management with Avanta Prevention
- Administer key employee benefits (retirement templates, platform allocations, health and life insurance updates)
- Coordinate vendor invoicing, payment requests and posting with Finance Controller and RFC team
- Compile new vendor documentation and request vendor creation from RFC team
- Request mirroring vendor creations from AP team in Spain
- Track PO-related invoices in Coupa and assist with open items and queries
- Request vendor creation in SAP with complete data
- Share monthly Amex expenses and retirement savings postings for correct accounting
- Collect and share evidence for internal controls from Group and Spain perspectives
- Support audit queries with consistent documentation
- Act as point of contact with IT team for licenses, access and tools
- Coordinate and follow up on new Copilot requests with IT teamResponsabilidades
- Around 5 years of professional experience in operations, administration, procurement, HR or finance support
- Familiarity with SAP, Coupa, expense tools
- Power Apps or similar is a plus
- Basic understanding of HR processes (payroll data, benefits, mandatory training)
- Experience working with external vendors and internal stakeholders (Finance, HR, IT)
