Travel LTAC RN provides complex, high-acuity nursing care to medically fragile patients in a long-term acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
Provide ventilator care and tracheostomy (trach) management
Deliver evidence-based wound care
Administer medications and manage patient care plans
Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Qualifications & Skills
Registered Nurse (RN) with LTAC experience
Strong ability to manage ventilators and tracheostomies
Proficiency in high-acuity, medically fragile patient care
Competence in wound care and medication administration
Excellent assessment skills and effective team communication
