Full Opportunity Brief Commercial Counsel, Arlo Europe at Verisure

Verisure is seeking a lead Commercial Counsel to support the Arlo Europe business, focusing on commercial contracting, consumer protection, and data privacy within the EU regulatory landscape. The role is based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Spain, with a hybrid working model.

Key Eligibility Criteria

Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of professional legal experience.

Experience in commercial law within a consumer-facing business, specifically in contracting and consumer protection.





Strong awareness of and interest in developing EU law.

CV must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Advise on commercial and consumer-facing topics including supplier agreements, e-commerce, and marketing materials.

Provide legal advice on product innovations and marketing claims for European markets.

Manage operational data privacy topics in collaboration with the Group Data Privacy team and DPO.

Partner with Verisure country legal teams and Arlo Inc. legal colleagues.
