Your Role

You will provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance for multifunction printers and related devices via calls, chats/whatsapp, and emails. No sales involved!

You'll be supporting both the German / Danish and UK markets, using your language skills every day in an international working environment.

- Full time position with fixed schedule 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (split shift).
- Salary: €19,623.91 gross annual salary, plus a monthly productivity and quality bonus of up to €160 gross (up to €1,920 gross per year).
- Two weeks of training at our Barcelona work centre to help you develop the knowledge and confidence needed for the role. Immediate start.

Requirements:

- Valid Spanish NIE and Social Security Number.
- Genuine interest in technology and enthusiasm for learning about technical products, troubleshooting, and finding solutions.
- Currently living in Barcelona, due to the immediate availability required.
- Immediate availability to start.
- Fluency in German or Danish with an excellent level of English. Please note that applications from candidates who speak only English will not be considered.
- Availability and willingness to work on-site at our Barcelona office.
