LEGO Group in Madrid seeks a Customer Operations Manager, Iberia, to lead order-to-delivery activities and retail inventory management. You will connect customer service, logistics and demand planning through people, processes and technology.This permanent, full-time role requires fluent Spanish and strong English, SAP expertise and curiosity about AI tools. You'll work three days per week from the Madrid office and partner with retailers, KAMs and regional teams to improve end-to-end execution.
