ServiceNow Developer I , you’ll help design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow. You will also provide architectural input and help maintain stability of the overall platform by ensuring the appropriate design and development standards are always used. Build, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, Service Catalog offerings, workflows, and Service Portal experiences to meet evolving customer and mission requirements.

Serve as a senior technical resource, advising the team on ServiceNow architecture, development standards, platform capabilities, and best practices to ensure secure, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

Troubleshoot application issues, analyze system performance, implement improvements, and maintain platform stability across multiple ServiceNow instances and domains.

Deliver Through Agile Development: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and technical reviews while independently managing assigned development tasks and delivering quality solutions on schedule.

Support testing, deployment, and rollout of new ServiceNow applications and enhancements while coordinating with stakeholders to minimize operational disruption.

5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience,



including experience with the Service Catalog module and creating custom applications

- 5+ years of ServiceNow Consulting
- Utilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work
- Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices
