Strategic Acquisition of Real Estate Assets:

You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring high-potential real estate assets — including residential buildings, commercial premises, and new developments — both on-market and off-market, ensuring they meet Prophero's investment criteria.

Comprehensive Management of the Acquisition Process:

You will lead the entire acquisition cycle: from opportunity sourcing, product analysis, and financial valuation, to negotiation, due diligence, and closing of transactions.

Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:

Your expertise will be crucial for defining and adjusting the company's acquisition strategy.

Network Development and Strategic Alliances:





You will build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players: real estate agents, developers, investment funds, banks, and investors. A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable success in a real estate acquisitions, investment, or senior sourcing role.

You are comfortable taking ownership and driving results with minimal supervision.

An existing, high-quality network in the real estate sector and prior experience within a Proptech or fast-paced startup environment will be highly regarded.

Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
