Experteer Overview As Head of Human Resources for Ferrovial Digital Infrastructure, you will design and drive people strategies across our data-center-focused unit. You align culture with business goals, lead talent, and ensure a positive, high-performing workplace. You’ll shape workforce planning, development, and governance across assets, balancing global standards with asset-level needs.
