The role is responsible for enabling customer engagement through digital campaigns, marketing automation and data-driven insights, helping convert digital interactions into qualified sales opportunities while continuously improving the digital customer journey.ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate digital demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, eCommerce and other digital platforms.Support the design and execution of customer journeys and marketing funnels to generate qualified leads.Segment target audiences and recommend the most effective digital approach for different customer profiles.Create and maintain landing pages, lead generation forms and digital campaign assets using marketing automation tools such as Marketo.Develop clear value propositions, storytelling and digital content to support business initiatives.Monitor campaign performance and analyse customer engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.Track lead generation activities and support Sales teams in following up digital opportunities.Build reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and business impact.Wellhub (Gympass) :
