David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO company which is looking to recruit an Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor for their offices in Benalmádena.
Customer Service Advisor
Full-time
Assist eCommerce customersusing multiple channels as assigneddepending on the need(incoming telephone calls, chat, in the future emails and social media as well)
Use cheat sheets,guides andprotocolsprovided during the training
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Document each action taken in a CRM system in detail.
Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users
Ability to cover shift rotation and be on time at the office.
Relocation support.
