This is a remote role.

you will primarily lead Project Consulting initiatives customer projects.

Accounting & Tax, Legal Entity Management, HR and Payroll

customer-facing skills, relationship management, and strong project and program management capabilities

Creation of Project Plans, rollout/transition plans, RAIDS logs, SteerCo reporting.

Forecasting of Go Live dates in to ensure your projects Go Live on time and in budget.

Liaising with local HSP experts, maintaining good relationships and open communication.

Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations leadership to identify sales productivity gaps & prioritize work on key initiatives across the global sales team such as process improvements sales pitch training/toolkits, ongoing enablement/learning, sales playbook creation.

Creation of processes and GAP analysis for your customers.

These projects can be varied and include, although not limited to, Payroll,



Accounting, Entity Management, HR, amongst others.

Bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field.

5+ years of proven experience in program and/or project management.

Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and Change Management.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Industry experience in Payroll is a requirement. Knowledge of Accounting, EOR and/or Entity Management, with technical knowledge related to international expansion is a plus.

Knowledge of Cloudpay and other Payroll vendors platforms are a plus.

Excellent communication abilities with senior stakeholders, both internal and external.

Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing and executing tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong ability to coordinate across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Skilled at fostering transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project issues and service decisions.

Proficient in producing accurate, timely program status reports throughout the project lifecycle.
