In this role, you'll be the driving force behind strategic partnerships with Project Owners, contractors, integrators, and EPC firms. If you have a strong background in the renewable or electrical markets, sharp business acumen, and thrive on building relationships, this is your chance to make an impact. Working closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align strategies and improve sales processes.

Developing and managing sales budgets, forecasting sales projections, and managing expenses to optimize profitability.

Support field sales with technical expertise, product training, and educational demonstrations.

Track key projects from inception to completion using Salesforce and Power BI.

Work with owner/developers and engineering firms to secure Hubbell product specifications in new designs and projects.

Plan and execute strategic contractor events, regional meetings, and industry trade shows.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Communications (preferred).

Experience in electrical or renewable markets (preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Power BI.

Valid driver's license.
