You will join a small, close-knit team working in a cloud-based environment, with a demanding but manageable volume of requests.

You will have real autonomy, from setting up a laptop to solving a network issue, with the support of the IT lead.Work with and manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID on a day-to-day basis, including users, permissions, licences and licence reporting, mailboxes, and environment security-related tasks.Prepare, configure and maintain laptops and peripherals, and keep the hardware and software inventory up to date.Support our infrastructure: virtual machines on AWS, Linux-based services, network,



firewall and backups.Train and mentor the trainees who join our IT team through our partnership with a training centre.Suggest improvements to make IT work better every day.What we are looking forHigher vocational degree in IT systems, network administration or similar.At least 3 years of experience in IT support and systems in a company environment.Experience working with and managing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including users, permissions, licences, mailboxes, and security-related tasks.Familiarity with virtualised and cloud environments (Proxmox, AWS) and with Linux.Fluent Spanish and English at B2 level.

Patience and willingness to share what you know with junior profiles.Nice to haveExperience with GLPI, FOG Project or SonicWall.Previous experience training or mentoring junior profiles or trainees.Interest in applying AI to IT operations.This role is probably not for you ifYou are looking for remote or hybrid work.

You want to focus mainly on AI or development projects rather than on IT operations.What we offerPermanent contract and a salary of €25,000 to €28,000 gross per year, depending on experience.Reduced summer hours in July and August (35-hour week).
