Experteer Overview In this role you will own and scale the Spain affiliate channel, turning it into a strategic acquisition driver and a key component of Qonto's AI-driven discovery.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow partners, shape the **** expansion plan, and enhance brand presence through affiliate activity.

You'll manage end-to-end operations, from strategy and budget to performance and compliance, delivering measurable impact on growth.

This position sits within the Partnerships function under the Southern Europe leadership, offering a chance to influence both acquisition and brand-building goals at scale.

and results; adjust plans to meet targets • Grow partner base with a ***** focus on nurturing existing affiliates and prospecting new networks • Negotiate fixed placement and variable acquisition fees to create value beyond paid rankings • Assess lead quality and track contract-signed to KYB conversion; coordinate with Growth Ops and Finance for reconciliation • Align affiliate activity with LLM and GEO visibility by coordinating with SEO/GEO team and providing partner assets from Design and Content • Provide briefings to main networks on product launches and support asset delivery from Design and Content Responsabilidades • Affiliation expertise with hands-on experience (network/agency or advertiser side) • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to improve partner economics • Data-informed decision making for volume, cost, conversion, and quality • Prospecting and market mapping to build a prioritized pipeline • Spanish market knowledge; existing relationships are a plus • Banking or insurance experience is a bonus, not required Requisitos principales •
