Our partner is looking for a Transportation Logistics Specialist based in Spain.
Join a fast-paced, international technology environment where you will take ownership of complex logistics operations supporting the movement of high-value IT hardware across Europe and beyond. In this role, you will coordinate the transport of servers, racks, and data center equipment across domestic, regional, and global lanes, ensuring seamless delivery between suppliers, warehouses, and data center facilities. You will work at the center of cross-border supply chain operations involving Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, playing a critical role in maintaining uptime and enabling large-scale infrastructure deployment. You will collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and data center teams in a highly technical, global environment. It is an adecuado opportunity for a logistics professional who thrives in complex, high-responsibility operations and wants to contribute to cutting-edge infrastructure powering the AI economy.
Manage end-to-end transportation of IT hardware, including servers, racks, and data center equipment across domestic European routes, international inbound shipments (notably from Asia), outbound freight, and logistics flows involving Israel.
Coordinate air and ocean freight operations, including carrier selection, booking, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely, secure, and damage-free deliveries.
Oversee RMA and reverse logistics processes, ensuring accurate coordination with vendors, carriers, and internal teams for equipment returns and replacements.
Maintain full visibility of all active shipments and proactively resolve transit issues, delays, and exceptions across multiple logistics lanes.
Ensure accurate in-transit inventory tracking, chain-of-custody documentation, and complete shipment records within logistics management systems.
Work closely with data center and operations teams to support just-in-time delivery, staging, and deployment of hardware.
Monitor logistics costs, process invoices, manage vendor payments, and identify opportunities for cost optimization across transportation activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align logistics execution with infrastructure deployment schedules and business priorities.
Develop contingency plans and improve routing strategies to ensure continuity, efficiency, and resilience of logistics operations.
Track and report on logistics KPIs, supporting continuous improvement through data-driven insights and process optimization.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation, freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations, ideally within technology, hardware, or data center environments.
Proven experience managing international and European freight operations, including air freight, ocean freight, LTL/FTL, and multimodal transport.
Strong knowledge of EU customs regulations, import/export processes, and cross-border trade compliance requirements.
Experience handling high-value or sensitive hardware shipments such as servers, racks, or IT infrastructure equipment.
Familiarity with RMA and reverse logistics workflows.
Experience using logistics systems such as TMS platforms, Jira, or similar tools for shipment tracking and documentation.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced, remote-friendly setting.
Fluency in English is required; familiarity with logistics operations involving Asia (especially Taiwan) and Israel is a strong plus.
Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact infrastructure projects supporting the global AI ecosystem.
Flexible, remote-friendly working environment with significant autonomy and ownership.
Exposure to international supply chains spanning Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Collaborative, high-performance culture built on trust, accountability, and innovation.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and complex logistics systems at scale.
