A key leadership role with direct impact on business growth in Spain
Own Sales & Remarketing performance, translating central strategy into high-impact execution and market-specific initiatives that drive measurable business results
Lead and scale high-performing teams,



building strong leadership layers and a culture of accountability and performance
Drive business performance, ensuring consistent delivery of revenue and profitability targets across all commercial levers
Adapt and optimize the operating model, aligning central guidelines with business needs to maximize efficiency and scalability
Act as a key partner to central and local leadership, contributing to strategic discussions and influencing decision-making
Strong experience in strategy, consulting, start-up / scale-up environments, or senior commercial leadership roles, with P&L; ownership and accountability for business performance.
Proven track record in leading and scaling teams and business units in fast-paced environments
High level of business acumen and data-driven decision-making
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Fluent in Spanish and English
