Global Master Data Specialist

position reports directly to the Global Master Data Lead and Global Accounts Payable Operations and Master Data Manager at JBT SSC.

Consistent focus on data accuracy, time management and efficiency, detailed oriented as well as constructive collaboration with other departments, internal customers, and any other stakeholder. Timely delivery is key for full compliance with our Global Service Level Agreement. The Master Data Specialist has as

Work with Integral Master Data base maintenance processes (customers, suppliers, employees, and others) with a deep focus on automation, timely service delivery, data integrity and global consistency.

Lead Travel & Entertainment program globally (CONCUR): configuration maintenance, enhancements and process improvements, administration and support, statutory rules maintenance.

Ensure compliance with Statutory Tax rules globally *****, ****, VAT and others)

Active participation in initiatives/projects relating the implementation of ways to minimize manual processes for improving efficiencies and effectiveness

Dynamic training materials maintenance globally

Participate in ad-hoc projects globally as required (ex. new entities migrations, ERPs implementation...).

Education/Experience:Bachelor's Degree,



preferably in Accounting or Finance; will consider years of experience in replacement of degree and 2-3 years' experience in Master Data processes management in multinational company. Planning and organizing

Data Management proficiency

Different ERPs knowledge

SOX/SOD/Internal Controls proficiency.

Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Data Accuracy

Strong ability to work with minimal supervision

Languages Fluent verbal /written Spanish and English. permanent contract
