Your Tasks

- Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of industrial means (jigs & tools), ensuring manufacturability, efficiency, quality, safety, ergonomics, and operational readiness.
- Drive industrialisation and integration initiatives, including bringing critical processes and industrial means in-house to improve cost, schedule control, flexibility, and operational performance.
- Define requirements, manage the lifecycle, availability, traceability, calibration, repair, inventory, and supplier support of industrial means, ensuring readiness for production.
- Ensure compliance of industrial means with applicable aerospace standards and internal quality systems (e.g., UNE-EN 9100 and NADCAP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Suppliers) to ensure scalable, reliable, and compliant manufacturing solutions.
- Author and maintain manufacturing and industrial means documentation, including specifications, work instructions, traceability records, and training materials.

With this you convince us

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering,
- 5+ years of experience in tooling engineering or industrial means engineering within aerospace, automotive, or heavy industry.




- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of tooling development, fixture design, or automated assembly solutions.Practical experience in manufacturing processes: machining, welding, composite materials, assembly and additive manufacturing.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving production environment.Excellent communication skills.
