About Us: We are a newly established car trading company based in the Barcelona region, looking for an experienced leader to build and run our operations from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
- Lead all commercial and operational functions (Cars Buying, Sales, Inventory, Logistics)
- Build and manage a small team
- Develop suppliers and customers relationships
- Ensure P&L; ownership and business growth
- Administrative and accounting capabilities.
What We're Looking For:
- University degree (Business, Economics, or related field)
- 5+ years in a management role; automotive sector experience strongly preferred
- Fluent English, Spanish.
- Proven ability to work in a high-autonomy environment
