We are urgently looking for an experienced IT Desktop Support Engineer for a full-time onsite opportunity in Agoncillo, La Rioja, Spain.

- Work Mode: 100% Onsite
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Contract Type: B2B (Freelance Contract)
- Contract Duration: 1 Year
- Extension: Yearly renewal opportunity
- Project Stability: Long-term opportunity under a 5-year customer contract.

Contract Terms & Conditions:

- B2B is a freelance contract.
- No additional benefits will be provided.
- Public and international holidays will be paid.
- Personal leaves will be unpaid.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1/L2 IT Desktop and End-User Support.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.
- Manage Active Directory / Azure AD user accounts and permissions.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.




- Perform hardware/software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Manage IT incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Provide onsite support to employees and coordinate with remote IT teams.

Required Skills:

- Previous experience in IT Desktop Support / EUC Support.
- Strong Windows OS troubleshooting knowledge.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently onsite.
