This role focuses on performing monitoring tests, conducting data-driven research, and ensuring all compliance logs and records are meticulously maintained. You will play a vital role in providing the data and assurance needed to ensure the business operates within regulatory boundaries.Monitoring & Testing ExecutionPlan Execution: Conduct routine testing as defined in the Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP) to assess adherence to internal policies and external regulations.Perform sample-based testing of client files and trade data to ensure compliance with conduct and safeguarding standards.Clearly document any issues or anomalies identified during monitoring and assist in drafting reports for the Manager.Maintain high standards of record keeping for all compliance logs, including breaches, conflicts of interest, and personal account dealing.Research Assistance: Support the Manager in performing regulatory research and initial gap analyses for horizon scanning activities.Audit Preparation: Assist in the collection of evidence and documentation for internal and external audits.Reporting & Training SupportData Collection:
