Our partner is looking for a Chief of Staff based in Spain.

You will work closely with senior leaders including the CEO, COO, CFO, and CTO, helping to operationalize decisions and ensure follow-through across the organization. In parallel, you will own key elements of the company's operating rhythm, ensuring leadership visibility into performance, priorities, and risks. Own and drive the execution of CEO office priorities, including cross-functional initiatives and high-priority strategic projects

Lead end-to-end special projects such as strategic analyses, board preparation materials, and company-wide initiatives

Manage cross-functional coordination between product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives

Partner with senior leadership to support OKR definition, tracking, and performance accountability

This role requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional execution ability, and experience operating in high-performance environments with senior leadership exposure.

Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive organizational or commercial matters





Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint, with experience in financial or analytical modeling

Familiarity with data-driven decision-making; SQL and AI tools are a plus
