interact regularly with team members from senior management, origination, pricing, and property management.
Managing a pipeline of deals across various European markets and facilitating dialogue between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team.

Leading efforts to open new markets, including entity setup, compliance, KYC, and creating and validating real estate transaction structures consistent with company underwriting and risk profile.

Overseeing local counsel in European markets with respect to their document negotiation and due diligence activities.
·
Underwriting transactions and preparing recommendations to senior executives.
·
Advising on various commercial and corporate matters.




Required Education and Experience:
·
5+ years of experience as a commercial real estate lawyer in law firm and in-house settings.
·
Experience with ground lease aggregation, wireless telecom, or renewable energy projects is preferred.
·
Qualified to practice law in an EU member state.
·
Written and spoken fluency in English (required) and at least one other European language (preferred).
·
Fluency with technology including Office 365, Teams, Sharepoint, and Salesforce.
