Customer Service Representative — Banking (German + Spanish) | Madrid / Valencia, Spain

We're looking for a German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic on-site banking support team across two of Spain's most vibrant cities. Handle inbound customer contacts in German for a leading banking client via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with account queries, transactions, complaints, and general banking services
Work across rotating shift patterns — morning (07:*****:00), afternoon (14:*****:00), or night (22:*****:00, Madrid only)
Stay current on banking products, services, and compliance guidelines
German at native or near-native level (mandatory)
Spanish at B2 level or above
Comfortable committing to rotating shifts, including nights if based in Madrid
Customer service experience in banking or financial services is a strong advantage
