- Lead B2B sales activities targeting Tier 1 automotive system suppliers.
- Manage full RFQ cycle (quotation, cost analysis, negotiation, nomination).
- Drive strategic account development and revenue growth.

Internal communication

- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D;, Quality, Production, SCM).
- Manage new business/project development on schedule.
- Support existing businesses in quality and delivery with sales forecasts.

Customer Service

- Engineering support with design concept




- Support document service and samples.

Price Management

- Manage price negotiations, cost-down discussions, and commercial claims
- Analysis of competitors' price

Market/Technical Trend

- Research and matching the application between HKMC and Integral OEMs.
- Leading/Introducing new technology/product.

We are looking for

5-7+ years of B2B sales experience in the automotive industry.

Strong track record in RFQ handling and price negotiations.

Business-level English for collaboration within our global matrix.

Knowledge of Automotive Electronics or EV components (Preferred).

Background in automotive power electronics, or EV components

Experience working with Hyundai Mobis or similar Tier 1 system suppliers

Experience in foreign-invested or global matrix organizations

Project management experience in automotive programs
