Define pricing positioning and monitor margin and profitability performance of the portfolio.

Create product value propositions, sales tools and key messaging to enable the commercial organization.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Controlling, Lab, Logistics and other teams to ensure alignment and execution.

Promote a strong Health, Safety and Quality mindset and compliance in day-to-day activities.

Additional training in Marketing is a plus.

5+ years of experience in Product Management in a technical, industrial, construction or building materials environment.

Proven experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and priorities.





Strong digital skills and proficiency with standard business tools.

Fluent Spanish and strong professional English.
