Our partner is looking for a Director of Product Design (SaaS) based in Spain.

You will shape how users interact with complex data systems, transforming them into intuitive, habit-forming, and commercially effective workflows. The role sits at the intersection of product design, user psychology, and growth strategy, where design decisions directly influence adoption, retention, and revenue expansion. Working closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams, you will translate complex functionality into elegant, high-performing user experiences. Translate complex data and AI-driven capabilities into intuitive, accessible, and decision-ready product experiences.

Align UX design decisions with product and business metrics, including retention, expansion, and multi-department usage.

Lead end-to-end design execution from concept and prototyping through testing, iteration, and post-launch optimization.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between user experience and commercial outcomes.

Use user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing to continuously refine product experience and usability.

Present design strategy, rationale, and outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

5+ years of experience in SaaS product design, ideally with exposure to enterprise or complex B2B platforms.





Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, and scalable SaaS systems.

Proven ability to design products that drive user engagement, retention, or expansion through UX and interaction design.

Strong proficiency in Figma and experience building or maintaining scalable design systems.

Analytical mindset with familiarity in A/B testing, product analytics, and usage-driven design iteration.
