Lead end-to-end project planning

, guiding customers on how to scale security awareness programs through active change management, enablement, and targeted training.

Cultivate internal champion networks

and support communication planning to embed security culture deep within the customer's organization.

Monitor early-stage KPIs

and data-driven recommendations to improve user engagement and strengthen the customer's overall security posture.

in SaaS implementation, IT project management, or consulting, with a strong focus on high-touch, customer-facing roles.





Adept at managing multiple projects

and complex stakeholder landscapes simultaneously, maintaining high quality and momentum in a fast-paced environment.

Native or business-level fluency in Spanish and English
