We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Lead in Spain.

You will join a dynamic, people-oriented environment where creativity, structure, and performance-driven execution come together to deliver impactful marketing results for multiple brands. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery, where you will define marketing direction, translate business goals into actionable plans, and ensure flawless execution across projects. The position requires strong ownership, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage several priorities in parallel. You will play a central role in shaping marketing outcomes, improving performance tracking, and strengthening long-term client relationships. Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives, priorities, and growth targets.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client brands, leading strategic discussions, managing expectations, and providing clear, data-driven recommendations.

Oversee project delivery across multiple accounts, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Define KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and continuously monitor performance to ensure accountability and optimization of marketing efforts.

Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient allocation aligned with campaign goals and client needs.

Ensure consistency, quality,



and strategic alignment across all marketing initiatives while reducing escalation needs through proactive leadership.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing management, marketing leadership, account management, or client project services roles.

Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies, define KPIs, and create structured execution roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously in fast-paced or high-responsibility environments.

Strong understanding of budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking in a marketing context.

Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Figma, and AI-assisted marketing tools.

Fluent English (native-level proficiency required).
