Veeva is looking for an experienced Proposal Manager to drive winning responses for our innovative life sciences solutions! You’ll project manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, collaborating with top experts to craft compelling narratives and responses to RFP/RFI questionnaires that resonate with European and global customers. Project manage all RFP/RFI activities from initial receipt through final submission, utilizing Responsive and other enterprise tools to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables
Draft response deliverables, manage project workflows, and conduct thorough quality checks (including formatting, proofreading, and editing of all proposal deliverables) to ensure accuracy,



clarity, compliance, and a polished appearance
Effectively handle a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other team projects, consistently meeting deadlines
Strong written and oral communication skills in English

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- International business experience and an ownership mindset, adaptable to support global operations across diverse time zones
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced use of Styles in Word. Expert formatting, editing, and proofreading skills

Fluency in one or multiple European languages (Spanish, German, Italian, French)
