About the Role

As an Operations Customer Expert, you'll be the first point of contact for customers of a leading medical device company, helping them with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

- Provide customer support via phone, email,



and/or chat.
- Assist with account management and billing-related inquiries.
- Help customers troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.

Requirements

- Fluent in Spanish (Castilian).
- Good command of English (B2 level or above).
- Comfortable using technology and digital platforms.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Empathetic, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to relocate to Lisbon and work rotating shifts.
