Overview

In this role you will help shape the future of air power by designing and integrating complex System of Systems architectures. You will work within the Future Concepts team to translate multi-domain needs into scalable, reusable solutions and strategic roadmaps. You’ll apply MBSE methods to model emergent behaviors and drive interoperability across legacy and new systems. This position offers a chance to influence long-term technology strategy in a globally oriented defence context.

Responsabilidades
- Architectural design and conceptualization of SoS across multiple domains
- Advanced MBSE modeling to develop robust architectural frameworks
- Strategic roadmapping for long-term SoS evolution
- Drive architecture reuse through scalable, reusable frameworks
- Conduct trade-off analyses, feasibility studies and define interfaces and integration strategies
- Identify and mitigate architectural risks related to performance,

Requisitos principales
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field (PhD also acceptable)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering or architecture, with SoS or complex enterprise architectures exposure
- Knowledge of architectural frameworks (UAF, DoDAF, MODAF) and modeling languages (SysML, UML) with hands-on use of Cameo
- Strong understanding of defence systems and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in integrating diverse domains (communications, sensors, C2, data analytics, cybersecurity)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- High adaptability for evolving requirements and multi-disciplinary problem solving
- Collaborative mindset and team-first approach
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish; eligibility for National Spanish Security Clearance
