Overview

In this role you will ensure top-tier quality across MRTT production, maintenance, and delivery activities. You will work on the shop floor and act as the quality interface with international customers and authorities during audits and handovers. You will lead root-cause analyses and drive proactive quality improvements in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The position combines hands-on quality assurance with global travel to support MRTT operations and audits. This is a hands-on role that shapes how we meet regulatory and customer expectations at scale.

Responsabilidades
- Perform shop-floor inspections and attestation of work orders near manufacturing/maintenance operations
- Manage non-conformities and prevent Foreign Object Damage (FOD)
- Act as primary quality focal point during inspections and aircraft deliveries with international customers and authorities




- Lead PPS investigations and drive containment, corrective, and curative actions across multifunctional teams
- Drive continuous improvement through proactive quality projects and optimization
- Support shift operations with quality coverage on regular and rotating shifts
- Provide international support through travel to facilities and partner sites (minimum ~6 weeks/year)

Requisitos principales
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Manufacturing, Shop-Floor Operations, or Maintenance (aerospace or automotive valued)
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing/maintenance quality tools and PPS
- Knowledge of technical regulations
- Advanced English (C1) and native/advanced Spanish for shop-floor interfaces
